Seborrheic dermatitis

35 years old female Caucasian , No medical history On the occasional dandruff

itchy, red, and scaly patches on her scalp, forehead, and around the nasolabial folds. She reports the symptoms started gradually over the past few months and have progressively worsened. The itching is particularly bothersome in the evening and is associated with greasy scaling in the scalp, which has led to embarrassment. She has also noticed some dandruff in her hair and more visible flaking. She denies any systemic symptoms such as fever, weight loss, or joint pain.

Erythematous patches with yellowish greasy scales located primarily on the hairline and the central part of the scalp. o Diffuse scaling over the scalp, with areas of patchy hair thinning. Red, flaky lesions with greasy scales on the nasolabial folds, eyebrows, and forehead.

No alopecia , no significant pustular or ulcerative involvement.
